Xur is a popular NPC and finding him for his wares can prove to be a great endeavor. You can increase your power level with some really good weapons and gear regardless if you are starting or a veteran.

Xur can be found on Titan, on the east side of The Rig. Xur pops up in any of the EDZ areas. You will need to hurry as Xur does not seem to stay for long.
