You will have to find Hal Cantos in Cyberpunk 2077 as a part of the Occupational Hazard gig. However, the problem here is that the quest does not give you a hint about his location. Cyberpunk 2077 – Where to Find Hal Cantos in Occupational Hazard Gig
You will find Hal Cantos in the Occupational Hazard side quest within a large blue container inside the Mox hideout. You will be given the location of the Mox hideout, but not of Cal Hantos. All you need to do is get to the hideout, locate the blue container, and find Cal Hantos. However, this is not as simple as it sounds.
While on your mission to find Cal Hantos, you will encounter a dangerous cyberpsycho Anna. Now, there are two options to takedown Anna, by brutal force or stealth kill. We would recommend the latter option as it will be easier for you to defeat the cyberpsycho. But to be able to stealth kill, you will have to get inside the Mox hideout through the window and not the main entrance.
The game will allow you to get inside from the main entrance if you have a high Technical Ability attribute stat. But what you need to do is head to the backside, find a dumpster and climb it to make your way to the roof. From here, get inside through the window. A Mox will be awaiting inside who will tell you about Bex. Now, hack into Bex’s body to weaken Anna. This will let you stealth kill Anna.
Once you have dealt with the cyberpsycho, locate the blue container and head near it. Knock on the door of the container and interact with Hal. He will then come out of the container and you can proceed with the rest of the objectives of the quest.
