The Balloon Fruit in Tower of Fantasy is a Food Item used in the cooking recipes for the Balloon Fruit Salad. You will need 2 Balloon Fruits, 2 Thornmatoes, & a Salad Dressing to make the Balloon Fruit Salad. But before we can make the Salad, we will need to get the Balloon Fruit. You can get this Spiky Green fruit by collecting it from Trees scattered across the regions of Astra & Navia.
While Exploring the regions of Astra & Navia, you will come across certain trees. These Trees will have Fruits growing on them. If you find a Tree that is glowing and has a Spiky Green Fruit, you have found a Balloon Fruit Tree. Interact with it to collect the Fruit. After some time, the Fruit will grow back on it and you can collect it once again. The Balloon Fruit will regenerate 2 satiety & restore 5% + 6,800 HP to the Wanderer. If you make the Balloon Fruit Salad, its consumption will regenerate 10 satiety & restore 16% + 34,000 HP to the Wanderer.
