Microsoft is now rolling out windows 10 build 16232.1004 for testers with PCs enrolled in the Fast ring. The new release is just a minor cumulative update that doesn’t include any new features or improvements.
According to Microsoft build 16232.1004 is simply an update to test the “servicing pipeline,” and after the installation you’re not required to restart your computer. However, you’ll need to restart if the Notepad is open, as the new update includes “updated binary version of Notepad.exe”.

- Make sure you’ve setup Mixed Reality before taking this update.
- After installing a language pack or feature-on-demand like .NET 3.5, your PC may be offered this update again and fail.
