Although Windows 10 build 17074 was originally released on January 12, it was not available for AMD-based computers because of a bug making them unbootable, and another issue that caused devices to hang during boot if virtualization was enabled in the BIOS.
Windows 10 build 17074.1002 is now rolling, fixing these two bugs and making the update available on computer with AMD processors.
Along with these fixes, build 17074.1002 includes all the same features and changes found in build 17074, including new Quiet Hours features, Settings app improvements, tweaks with Fluent Design, and the slew of changes for Microsoft Edge.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 17074.1002, the update is available immediately through the Fast ring for PCs. This preview build will download and install automatically on your device, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
