Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 18362.30 as update KB4497464 for devices enrolled in the Fast and Slow rings of the Windows Insider Program. This is the preview number 41 releasing to testers to address a few issues with the May 2019 Update.
Windows 10 build 18362.30, according to the company, addresses three specific problems, including authentication with Azure Active Directory, .Net Framework, and it fixes a particular issue that prevented devices from start after install an update and option Feature-On-Demand.

Although there are no ISO files for Windows 10 build 18362.30, the update is available immediately through the Slow and Fast rings.
