Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 10 build 20251 for devices enrolled in the Dev Channel of the Windows Insider Program. This is the preview number 46, and the second in the fe_release branch available for testers, and it’s a minor update that only introduces several fixes.
Build 20251, according to the official changelog, addresses a problem that causes the Search Indexer not being able to index metadata information for WebP and HEIF files. It also fixes two specific issues with the Settings app, including stuck checking for updates immediately after an upgrade and random notification.
Furthermore, this flight resolve “SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED” error that caused a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD), crash with opengl32.dll, Miracast freezing after connecting, taskbar obstruction with the power button, and unexpected dialogs with grey background.

The preview is available immediately through the Dev Channel, and it will install automatically, but you can always force it from Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and clicking the Check for updates button.
