Although Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709) originally launched on October 17, 2017, it was actually not available for every device. However, since the original release, Microsoft has been gradually testing the update and gradually rolling it out to more devices, and starting January 11, 2018, the software maker announces that the update is fully available for all devices running Windows 10.
In the announcement, Microsoft says that it’s “available for all customers globally – consumer and commercial alike,” which means that version 1709 is also available for Windows 10 Enterprise customers.
If you’re still running the Creators Update (version 1703), it’s now the time to upgrade. Since the original release, the semi-annual update for Windows 10 has received a number of quality updates fixing many of the issues, and by now it should be stable enough to run on your system.
