Microsoft is reportedly planning to release Windows 10 Mobile by the end of September. While the software maker already confirmed that Windows 10 will launch on July 29th, the version of the operating system is only for PCs, tablets, and laptops. However, today according to a new report from Neowin claims that Microsoft has scheduled September as the launch date for Windows 10 Mobile.

The blog focus on Windows has managed to get their hands on a slide from a Microsoft’s spokesperson presentation for partners that reveals the potential releases of Windows 10 Mobile.

According to the slide, both consumer and enterprise editions of the mobile operating system will become available “late next quarter”, which that could translate to towards the end of September. However, the Microsoft spokesperson says that the company could release the operating system in October or “possibly as early as September”.

Keep in mind that the new information was revealed to partners and OEMs, and it wasn’t meant for consumers, as such the time between the official release, carrier testing and deployment of Windows 10 Mobile to customers could take a lot longer with different roll out dates depending on the phone company.
