Microsoft pushes a new Windows 10 update just before September ends. This time the software maker is rolling out KB3093266, which is another cumulative update weighing 505MB for those running the 64-bit and 226MB for the 32-bit version of the operating system.

As expected, the company isn’t sharing much on what’s new about on the update, it simply describes KB3093266 as cumulative update that includes “improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10. Windows 10 updates are cumulative. Therefore, this package contains all previously-released fixes (see KB 3081448). If you have installed previous updates, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed to your computer”.

While the update seems big, users aren’t expected to see any major features or changes, as the company is still working on the Windows 10 Threshold 2 update and plans to release it sometime in November.

KB3093266 is available immediately, it will download and install automatically, but you can always check Windows Update through the Settings app to get it right away.
