Microsoft is releasing KB4464218 as an out-of-band update for Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 Update) only days after pushing its monthly Patch Tuesday update.
KB4464218 bumps the version number to build 17134.286, and according to the company, addresses a Microsoft Intune problem that happens after installing any of the updates released on September 11.
If you’re running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709), your device will shortly receive update KB4464217, which bumps the version number to build 16299.666.
The update, according to the Microsoft support website, fixes an issue that may prevent a VPN connection from establishing for some users that are using VPN with IKEv2. The connection fails with the error, “Remote Access Error 809.”
Also, update KB4464217 fixes the same Microsoft Intune issue found with the April 2018 Update.

These updates are available immediately, they’ll download and install automatically, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
