As part of a continuous effort to fix the long list of problems with Windows 10 version 1809 (October 2018 Update), Microsoft is now rolling out KB4464455 as a cumulative update, but only for participant of the Windows Insider Program with devices enrolled in the Slow and Release Preview ring.
KB4464455 bumps the version number to build 17763.104, and according to the software giant, it addresses a Task Manager problem that was showing the incorrect details under the Processes tab.
The update fixes issues causing compatibility issues with third-party antivirus software and virtualization products. In addition, update KB4464455 address driver compatibility issues, certain application becoming unresponsive after resuming from standby, and Microsoft Edge not working correctly with the Input Method Editor (IME).
Although the new cumulative update addresses many problems with the October 2018 Update, Microsoft isn’t saying when is planning to re-release the new version to public.

The update is available immediately, it’ll download and install automatically, but you can always force the update from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking the Check for updates button.
