Microsoft is now rolling out Windows 11 build 22483 for computers enrolled in the Dev Channel of the Insider Program. This is a minor update that only includes a few changes and several fixes.
Build 22483, according to the company announcement, adds another entry in the right-click context menu for the “Recommended” and “More” button in the Start menu to refresh the items.
As for fixes, this flight addresses a problem that causes the Search box to appear blank. Searching for “display” will return the Display settings page. Also, it fixes an issue with WSL and File Explorer integration, a problem with NTFS that could impact performance, and an issue causing the Publisher column in Task Manager not to retrieve publisher names.

Install Windows 11 build 22483
If you want to download and install the Windows 11 build 22483, you need to enroll your device in the Dev Channel using the “Windows Insider Program” settings from the “Update & Security” section.
Once you enroll the computer in the program, you can download build 22483 from the “Windows Update” settings by clicking the Check for Updates button. However, you will need a device that meets the minimum system requirements to receive the update if you are new to the Windows Insider Program.

Update October 22, 2021: Microsoft has also released the update build 22483.1011 (KB5007484). The update does not include anything new and is designed to test the servicing pipeline for previews in the Dev Channel.
