As we wait for Microsoft to finally unveil Windows 9 to enterprises next Tuesday, September 30, during a special briefing in San Francisco, it’s seems that the company is already preparing to enroll costumers to try the new bits with a new Windows Insider Preview Program.

There is a new web page floating on the internet listing “Windows TH”, which I can only guess that stands for “Windows Threshold”, however the link to access the Windows Insider Preview Program is currently not working. There is also a “Download the preview” section to what it seems will be the link where users will able to download the Windows Technical Preview ISO 32-bit and 64-bit, but right now it only takes you to a placeholder. And there is also a section called “Help share the future of Windows” that offers to join the Windows Insider Preview Program.

It was previously rumored that Microsoft was going to release the Windows Technical Preview next Tuesday, but new information suggests it will happen sometime in October.
