While Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 has not yet been officially announced, the update seems to have already landed in the recently unveiled Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL. According to a new article at Windows Central, Microsoft is improving the Settings by listing settings by categories in the GDR2 update.

The new tweak tries to mimic how Windows 10 organizes settings, but it’s not quite the same, but users can now pin individual settings to the Start screen. Although, this isn’t a major change and other apps have been able to do the same things for a long time, Microsoft finally is adding the option natively.

In Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2, the software maker seems to have improve the app permission settings to let users restrict access to the camera and other privacy settings on each app.

There is also a new “quick text” feature that users can take advantage to access pre-defined phrases and paste using the keyboard.

Finally, Microsoft appears to be adding Bluetooth keyboard support on Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2. After the update releases, users can connect Bluetooth keyboards to their phones like the new Microsoft’s foldable keyboard that it’s compatible with Windows Phone handsets.

The company hasn’t revealed any new information about the update or when it will be available for download.
