Where to use Primal Ritual Shell in WoW Dragonflight [Location]
Primal Ritual Shell is an item that can be used to summon 4 Primal Turtles. Further, you can gain blessings from either of the 4 Turtles to get some buffs. For this to happen, you have to take the Shell to a Ritual Site and trigger it. The Ritual Site where you can use the Primal Ritual Shell can be found south of the Uktulut Pier in the Walking Shores region of World of Warcraft. You will then know you have reached the correct destination if you see the remains of a Dragon nearby. Although, the location of the Ritual Site is marked in the image above.
