During Gamescom 2014, Microsoft made various important announcements on Xbox One, such as wide range of new file types to play videos, music, and photos, new TV streaming capability, new bundles for this holiday season like the new white version of Xbox One and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare limited edition featuring a stunning 1TB of storage. And more importantly, the company also delivered the lineup of games launching in 2014 and 2015.
Here is the list of all the upcoming games launching for Xbox One in 2014 and 2015 with all announced release dates:
Releasing in 2014
Assassin’s Creed Unity (Ubisoft, Ubisoft): Release date October 28, 2014.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (Sledgehammer Games, Activision): Release date November 4, 2014.
Dance Central Spotlight (Harmonix Music Systems, Microsoft Studios): The new series, bringing authentic dance routines, chart-topping music and the characters exclusively to the Xbox One. Release date September 2, 2014.
FIFA 15 (EA SPORTS, Electronic Arts): Release date September 23, 2014, in North America, and September 25, 2014, in Europe.
Forza Horizon 2 (Playground Games, Turn 10 Studios, Microsoft Studios): Release date September 30, 2014, in the US.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection (343 Industries, Microsoft Studios): The Master Chief’s entire story is brought together as “Halo: The Master Chief Collection.” “Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary,” “Halo 2 Anniversary,” “Halo 3,” and “Halo 4” are all included with Xbox One visual fidelity, 60 fps, a total of 45 campaign missions, and more than 100 multiplayer maps (including the original “Halo: Combat Evolved”) and Spartan Ops maps. Along with new prologue and epilogue cut-scenes that foreshadow “Halo 5: Guardians”. Release date November 11, 2014.
Halo 5: Guardians Multiplayer Beta (343 Industries, Microsoft Studios): Available from December 29, 2014 through Jan. 18, 2015. Owners of “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” will be among the first to experience a new generation of “Halo” multiplayer in the “Halo 5: Guardians” Multiplayer Beta.
Killer Instinct (Iron Galaxy, Microsoft Studios): “Killer Instinct: Season 2” release date October 15, 2014.
Ori and the Blind Forest (Moon Studios, Microsoft Studios): Release date holiday 2014.
Project Spark (Team Dakota, Microsoft Studios): It’ll be transitioning from current beta to full release on Xbox One and Windows 8.1 starting October 7, 2014.
Sunset Overdrive (Insomniac Games, Microsoft Studios): Release date October 28, 2014, on Xbox One.

Evolve (Turtle Rock Studios, 2K): Open beta release date January 2015, only on Xbox One.
Fable Legends (Lionhead Studios, Microsoft Studios): The multiplayer beta release date October 16, 2014 and will expand in the coming weeks and months.
Quantum Break (Remedy Entertainment, Microsoft Studios): Release date 2015, exclusively to Xbox One.
Rise of the Tomb Raider (Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix): Release date holiday 2015, exclusively on Xbox, featuring epic, high-octane action moments.
