Microsoft came up with a new disc-less version of its game console known as “Xbox One S All-Digital Edition,” and the new model sells for $249 (suggested price) bringing the cost down to $50 less than the original Xbox One S ($299 suggested retail price), which comes with a 4K Blu-ray disc drive, currently it’s a hard sell when you can find regular bundles cheaper than the disc-less variant.

If you’re in the market for a new Xbox, and you’re planning to get the disc-less console starting May 7, you should get one of the current Xbox One S bundles that cost around $250 or less.

According to the company, the plan is to always keep the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition around $50 cheaper even with discounts, but if you can’t wait until that happens, you should get the regular model with the disc drive, which you can also use to play 4K UHD movies.
