Although Microsoft wants Xbox One gamers to choose digital copies of games over physical discs, the company had yet to show some incentive on downloadable content, as prices between the forms remains the same.

However today Microsoft is starting to offer lower prices on digital Xbox One games, even though it’s only for one game and for one week only. On a new tweet from Mike Ybarra, Microsoft Xbox executive, the company revealed that the digital copy of Crytek’s Roman Empire game Ryse: Son of Rome will be discounted to $39.99 (original price $59.99) from February 18th-24th.

Even more, it seems gamers will also get special daily price cut for the game add-ons from February 25th-27th. The offers will extend to different regions such as UK too.

Ryse: Son of Rome game is also scheduled to receive the Mar’s Chosen Pack on February 28th and it will be priced at $8.99. The pack will include five new multiplayer maps, a new game character, and new gameplay mode, Survival.
