While Xiaomi smartphones are making all the headlines in China, a formidable challenger has emerged from ZTE called the Nubia Z5 mini. The Nubia Z5 “mini” comes with all the high end specification and glittering designs. The tiny price tag of $305 makes Nubia Z5 Mini a direct competitor to the $320 Xiaomi Mi2S. The Xiaomi Mi2S comes with a smaller 4.3 inch screen while the Z5 Mini has a 4.7 inch screen. Both Mi2s and Nubia Z5 Mini comes with a quad-core snapdragon 600 processor but the Mi2s is clocked slightly higher at 1.7GHz. Nubia has also given due importance to Z5 mini’s front facing camera which has a 5 MP lens.
